Invictus management purchased the Charles Ave locations several years ago, and have been very pleasant to deal with. They have always responded to any issues or queries that I have had in a very timely manner. Typically I get a response with a resolution within an hour of sending a email or text message. I’ve been living here for a couple months on Charles ave and it has been a pleasant experience. Management has always been kind, informative and helpful when it comes to repair and questions.
